Full Time Site Supervisor (Construction) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in ETOAN VENTURES PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction/site activities.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to site requirements.
• Monitor workers' attendance, productivity and work progress.
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of work.
• Ensure workers comply with workplace safety requirements and site regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates where required.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and manpower required for ongoing works.
• Maintain basic site records, timesheets and progress reports.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and report major issues to management.
• Ensure completion of assigned works within project timelines.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
• Able to supervise and coordinate construction workers.
• Able to read basic construction drawings and understand site requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction site practices and safety requirements is an advantage.
• Relevant construction/supervisory certification or qualification is an advantage.
• Willing to work at different project sites in Singapore
