Internship Video Editor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Battle Mind Creative Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Pre-production 

• Work with the marketing team to shape video concepts and formats that support campaign objectives. 
• Create moodboards and shooting boards, and run a clear pre-production checklist so shoots stay organised and on schedule.

Production & Editing 

• Edit and assemble raw footage into short-form and long-form videos that align with brand identity and current social trends. 
• Apply motion graphics, pacing and sound design to strengthen storytelling and viewer retention.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience 

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. 
• Prior experience or coursework in video editing, graphic design, multimedia production, or related fields is preferred but not required. 
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing and graphic design is highly desirable.

Hard Skills & Knowledge 

• Practical skills in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with familiarity in motion graphics tools. 
• Graphic design proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a big plus. 
• Good understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and the mechanics of trending content.

Soft Skills & Qualities 

• Creative thinker who can translate ideas into clear, engaging multimedia content. 
• Excellent attention to detail and organised time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines. 
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player who works well with marketing, copy and production colleagues.

 You will be a part of our Social Media Marketing & Video team and your job scope will include: 

1. Video Strategy & Planning with our Marketing Team
2. Moodboard, shooting board preparation
3. Pre-Production Preparation! Smash the checklist so everyone are ready for a fabulous video production day! Weeeeee
4. Edit and assemble raw footage into videos (we love trending videos!) that align with brand identity and business objectives.
5. Create eye-catching graphic design assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, and promotional materials. (if applicable)
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
7. Assist with various tasks related to video production, copywriting and graphic design as needed.
