About Us

We're a new dumpling eatery up in Singapore's CBD. We believe a spotless space is the foundation of great food. We're looking for someone who takes real pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitise the kitchen, equipment, and dining area throughout the day
• Wash, rinse, and dry all bowls, utensils, and serving equipment continuously throughout service
• Return clean crockery to the kitchen and counter stations promptly so service keeps moving
• Maintain cleanliness of the sink and dishwashing area throughout the shift
• Assist with basic cleanup of the kitchen and counter after service ends
• Dispose of food waste properly in line with NEA guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit — role involves standing, carrying, and repeated movement
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
• No prior experience required; positive attitude is more important
• Must be willing to obtain Food Hygiene Certificate before start date
• Singaporeans and PRs Only

Working Hours

Monday to Friday only — no weekends 11:00am – 5:00pm
