Full Time M-E Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in QING FENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Ensure that M&E specifications and contractual requirements are complied accordingly throughout the projecty progress
• Liasie with respective consultants and client on the intended designs and resolve technical M&E matters
• Coordinate with other disciplines on site such as Architectural & Structural teams on design and project schedule
• Manage M&E subcontractors alongside with Site engineers and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project
• Produce M&E coordination drawings to other teams for submissions
• Assist with all on site M&E related coordination works and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with requirements & drawings
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry

or

• Degree in local universities in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects
