Job Scope

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B accounts and strategic corporate partnerships.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new revenue streams.
• Pitch tailored commercial solutions, negotiate terms, and oversee contract executions.
• Work alongside marketing, sales and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years in B2B sales or business development roles, ideally within commercial equipment or technical solutions preferable in F&B, but not necessary.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of consistently in growing new territories.
• Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, presentation, and CRM management abilities.
• Strong networking and clear communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
