Your new company

Client is an expert utilities, mechanical and electrical provider in Singapore. Currently seeking a 1 Year Contract Technician / Technical Officer.

• Location: East (Travel in Singapore Required)
• Duration: 1 Year contract

Your new role

• Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for EV charging infrastructure, working closely with external service providers.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting for designated EV charging and battery swapping systems.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and liaise with site stakeholders to facilitate maintenance operations.
• Monitor charger network performance through management platforms and conduct initial diagnostics to identify technical issues.
• Investigate and resolve hardware, firmware, and connectivity-related faults to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Customer Support, to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, update system databases, and prepare monthly operational reports.
• Manage inventory levels of tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment to support field operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to maintenance processes, reporting practices, and operational workflows.
• Support contractor management activities, participate in standby duties for critical incidents, and undertake other operational responsibilities as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from any of the recognised Polytechnics in Singapore
• Have a valid Class 3 Driving License
• Prefer candidate with own transportation for travelling to sites
