Full Time Sales Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in EAST TAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company's air-conditioning installation, maintenance and repair business.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and follow up on project progress.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and analyse competitors' activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Attend client meetings and industry networking events.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in the air-conditioning, M&E, construction or engineering industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
