Provide frontline customer service and administrative support
Register patients and manage appointments
Handling billing and payment collection
Support smooth daily clinic operations
Assist with patient enquiries and feedbacks
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE O' level Certificate
No experience required, training provided
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service- oriented attitude
Comfortable interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds
Willing to support ad- hoc duties and operational requirements as assigned
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
