Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-drivenQuantitySurveyor to join our growing team.This hybrid role combines costestimation, project evaluation, and contractmanagement with client acquisition,relationship building, and business growthactivities. You will play a key rolein supporting the company's Repair,Repainting, Redecoration Works, andWaterproofing Solutions projects forresidential, commercial, and industrialproperties.

Quantity Surveying Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BillsofQuantities (BOQ) for repair, repainting, redecoration, andwaterproofingprojects.

· Conduct site inspections to assess the scope of work,siteconditions, and project requirements.

· Analyse drawings, specifications, and client needstodetermine material, labor, and timeframe estimates.

· Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliersandsubcontractors for competitive quotations and service agreements.

· Prepare, review, and submit quotations, tenderdocuments,and proposals aligned with project scopes and company pricingstrategies.

· Monitor project costs, evaluate variations, and supportthepreparation of progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

· Coordinate closely with project and operations teamstoensure project delivery within budget and client expectations.

· Ensure all activities comply with companystandards,contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in QuantitySurveying,Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business,Marketing,Administration or a related field.

· Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience, preferablyinrepair, repainting, waterproofing projects, or A&A Works.

· Experience in handling HDB projects is a plus

· Proven experience in client relationship managementandbusiness development is preferred.

· Strong knowledge of materials, cost estimation,tendering,and contract administration.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,andknowledge of quantity surveying software (eg. AutoCAD, PlanSwift).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentationskills, both in technical and client-facing contexts.

· Strong interpersonal skills to foster clientrelationshipsand promote services.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively inafast-paced environment.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

· Highly organized, with the ability to managemultipleprojects and deadlines.
