Full Time Subcon Foreman Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in QI SHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. Assign daily work to construction workers, manage attendance, record working hours and overtime.

2. Supervise construction works following drawings, monitor work progress and quality, perform on-site checks.

3. Keep track of materials and tools on site, place material orders and minimise material wastage.

4. Coordinate with main contractor foreman and other sub-contractors, update progress and raise site obstacles timely.

5. Enforce site safety regulations, ensure workers use required PPE and maintain site cleanliness.

6. Take site photos for record, follow up variation works and assist in measuring completed work quantities.

7. Handle daily site issues and report progress to sub-contractor management regularly.

Job Requirements

1. Proven working experience as construction foreman, understand site workflow and safety practices.

2. Experience leading and managing a team of construction workers.

3. Able to work overtime according to project needs.

4. Experience working for small sub-contractors will be advantageous.
