Full Time Architectural Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in KIENTA ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Manager to lead and oversee architectural activities across our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all architectural works and activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with local authority submission requirements and regulatory standards.
• Enforce the Company’s Management System and site work processes.
• Manage site resources including labour, plant, and materials.
• Oversee the quality, safety, and timely delivery of architectural works according to project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to safe work practices and promote safety culture.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on all site architectural matters.
• Provide strong leadership within the architectural work scope and guide the site team to meet project goals.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in architectural management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of authority submission processes and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary site activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
