Responsibilities

Required Qualification

  • Degree of Engineering in Chemical/Chemistry/Mechanical related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in CMP manufacturing process related.
  • Conduct routine checking on TS equipment condition.
  • Support R&D to conduct polishing evaluation for new samples buy-off.
  • Conduct polishing for new samples development and follow up with R&D on the results.
  • Support production on HVM transfer activities.
