HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Location: Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Industry: Dairy / Milk Manufacturing

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (negotiable based on experience)

We are currently sourcing a Human Resource Executive on behalf of an established dairy manufacturing company based in Sendayan TechValley, Seremban. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will support the company’s day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, training, payroll administration, employee handbook preparation and staff performance matters

• Support daily HR operational and administrative activities

• Prepare office correspondence, memos, reports, presentations and other documentation

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules and travel arrangements

• Maintain employee, operational and administrative records and files

• Assist with the renewal of relevant company licences

• Coordinate office facilities and equipment maintenance

• Perform other HR and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role

• Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred

• Good knowledge of local employment laws, HR regulations and HR best practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR information systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

• Willing and able to work on-site in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban
