We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Core Migration

Location: KL

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale system/core platform migration project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end migration project delivery

Develop project plans, timelines, governance, and delivery milestones

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests

Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with business objectives

Prepare project status reports and provide executive-level updates

Ensure successful migration with minimal disruption to business operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field

8–10+ years of Project Management experience

Proven experience managing large-scale system/core platform migration projects

Strong project planning, governance, and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors

Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience

Excellent communication, presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

Experience communicating with senior management/executive stakeholders

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification is an advantage

Candidates with Financial Services / Banking / Insurance industry experience are preferred
