Admin & Accounts Executive

Location: Jurong East
Employment: Full-time, five-day work week

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration, filing and documentation.
• Record invoices, receipts, payments and expenses in Info-Tech accounting software.
• Issue client invoices and statements of account.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly accounting reports.
• Maintain employee, attendance and leave records in Info-Tech HRMS.
• Prepare monthly payroll, payslips and CPF submissions for management’s approval.
• Process employee expense claims.
• Prepare routine employment documents.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Liaise with the external accountant and service providers.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• One to three years of relevant administration, accounts or payroll experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, Singapore payroll and CPF requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Info-Tech HRMS, Info-Tech accounting software or similar systems is advantageous.
• Organised, accurate and able to work independently.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered if they have relevant accounting knowledge.
