Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock ordering.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
