Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction site activities.

• Liaise with RE/RTO, subcontractors, consultants and supplies.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.

• Assist in planning work schedules and sequencing of site activities.

• Attend site meetings, prepare minutes and follow up site issue.

• Maintain proper documentation including daily reports, drawings and site records.

• Coordinate with Head Office for site progress claim, site material and etc.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.

• Minimum3 years of experience in construction site coordinator / engineer with building main contractor.

• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2–3 years of local Singapore site experience as a Site Engineer.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
