Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries.

• Prepare, organise, scan, and file legal documents.

• Handle correspondence and confidential documents.

• Open new client files and maintain accurate records.

• Perform data entry, photocopying, scanning, and general administrative duties.

• Carry out other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, initiative and integrity,
• Good communication and organisation skills,
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude,
• Good command in English,
• Ability to multi-task.

Qualifications: ITE, 'A' Levels, Diploma, Bachelor's / Honours

Overtime is NOT required, and flexible work hours is possible.

Legal knowledge and prior experience is NOT required.

Training will be provided.
