Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up on order status and deliveries.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Identify sales opportunities through existing customer accounts and support business growth initiatives.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the company's system.

• Assist with pricing, product enquiries and administrative support.

• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related discipline.

• Entry-level position. Training will be provided.

• Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage but not required.
