Job Description

• To generate room sales to meet Management’s sales target.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and/or new customers to enable future bookings.
• Solving customer complaints and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with the Front Office, Reservation, and Housekeeping to meet the needs and requirements of the customers.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• 5 working days per week.
• Min 1 - 2 years of sales experience in the Hotel industry or other sales industries.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Good customer service.
• Prompt response to all forms of inquiries.

Hotel Chancellor@Orchard is located on the Orchard Road shopping belt.
