Responsibilities

Associate Maintenance Engineer

Location: Tuas, Singapore
Contract: Initial 12-month contract with potential to extend
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical

Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting an Associate Maintenance Engineer on behalf of our multinational biopharmaceutical client based in Tuas, Singapore.

This is an initial 12-month contract with potential to extend .

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical documentation support to the Maintenance Team in compliance with GMP.
  • Review work orders and support Service Request (SR) creation, including offline verification as required.
  • Support the setup, modification, and removal/addition of job plans, inventory, and assets in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Consolidate data and trend information from the CMMS as directed by the Maintenance Engineer or Lead.
  • Coordinate with vendors to collect data and information needed for related documentation support.
  • Conduct basic site verifications to gather data and information for documentation support.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in standard Microsoft Office, SAP and Maximo to support documentation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Quality and Manufacturing, to support the GMP documentation for maintenance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Engineers / Manager.

Qualification

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Chemical / Oil & Gas industries , with a basic knowledge of cGMP.
  • Fresh graduates considered at entry level.
  • Ability to plan, organize and implement activities and projects.
  • Good team player willing to work for the common goal.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
