Job Summary

Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver efficient service and exceptional customer experiences. Lead and develop staff, manage inventory and costs, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with kitchen and management teams to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth workflow
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and support staff to enhance team performance and service quality
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to uphold brand reputation
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance, leave, and shift assignments to optimize workforce availability
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate restaurant employees to build a competent team
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of food, beverages, and supplies to maintain stock and control costs
• Control operating costs and reduce waste to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and financial reporting to ensure accurate financial records
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient service and accurate menu execution
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase customer traffic and revenue
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance of the restaurant and equipment to provide a welcoming environment
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management to support informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, and local regulations to uphold operational standards
