Job Description
- Drive the company lorry safely and responsibly to deliver goods according to the assigned schedule.
- Load, unload, and secure goods to prevent damage during transportation.
- Ensure accurate delivery and collection of goods, including verifying delivery orders (DOs), invoices, and other required documents.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in warehouse duties when required, including loading, unloading, and stock movement.
- Obtain customer signatures and complete all delivery documentation accurately.
Job Requirement
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 Driving Licence (depending on the vehicle type).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a lorry driver is preferred.
- Good driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and delivery routes.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy goods.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
