Job Summary

Assist in leading sales and project development for chillers and related products by managing customer relationships, supporting tender processes, and coordinating project execution to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the department’s customer base by identifying and engaging new clients
• Lead sales efforts for chillers and other products, managing current and future projects proactively
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on awarded consultants, main contractors, and mechanical contractors
• Deliver presentations to owners, consultants, and engineering firms to promote products and after-sales services
• Conduct regular visits to clients to support their work on new projects and strengthen relationships
• Participate in tender projects by estimating costs, preparing compliant lists, and compiling bidding documents
• Perform detailed engineering or financial analyses to quantify project costs accurately
• Assist in technical clarifications and negotiate terms during project discussions
• Manage existing customer accounts by supporting after-sales plans and proposals
• Obtain vendor costings, prepare customer quotations, negotiate terms, and secure purchase orders
• Coordinate with service engineers to support delivery and project execution on-site when needed
• Record all visits, specifications, project details, and activities in CRM (Kintone) and report to immediate superior

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
