Job Description:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, securing service contracts, and supporting the company’s growth in airport operation support and commercial cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in airport operation services and general cleaning services.
• Source potential clients including airport service providers, logistics companies, commercial buildings, offices, factories, and facility management companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, service proposals, presentations, tender documents, and contract submissions.
• Monitor public and private tenders and identify suitable business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Understand client manpower, cleaning, operational, and service requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with operations and manpower teams to ensure service requirements can be effectively delivered.
• Develop pricing proposals and assist management with commercial negotiations.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and contract renewal opportunities.
• Develop business strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing trends, and industry developments.
• Maintain records of prospective clients, sales leads, quotations, tenders, and awarded contracts.
• Develop long-term relationships with facility managers, airport operators, contractors, building owners, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate mobilisation of newly awarded contracts with the operations team.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in resolving service-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing service contracts and introduce additional services.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, business development reports, and management updates.
• Support company marketing, branding, networking, and promotional activities.
• Ensure business proposals and service arrangements comply with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other business development and commercial duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, facilities management, cleaning services, airport services, logistics, or related service industries.
• Good understanding of service contracts, quotations, tender preparation, manpower planning, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop corporate accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with clients and internal operational teams.
