Full Time Quantity Surveyor (Main Contractor - General Builder -Building Works) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in ATLAZ PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Our client is a BCA-registered General Builder with an active pipeline of building projects.
They are seeking a hands-on Quantity Surveyor to manage project commercial control from award to final account , working closely with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow .

• Handle progress claims, variations, and final accounts with clients and consultants.

• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage subcontractor packages and payments .

• Monitor cost exposure, identify risks, and drive commercial recovery .

• Support tender pricing and post-contract cost control.

• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures .

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management .

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a QS with a Main Contractor (Building works) .
  Candidate with more experience will be consider for Senior Role

• Proven track record in post-contract cost control and subcontract management .

• Familiar with SIA / PSSCOC / BCA contract administration will be advantageous .

• Strong in variations, claims, and commercial negotiation .

• Able to work closely with site teams under project-driven timelines.
