• Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold hygiene and food safety standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid food course certification to comply with food safety regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate prior experience working in a fine dining Indian restaurant
• Possess experience in a 5-star hospitality environment
