• Maintainand update a full list of inventories of equipment-related service operations.

• Preparenecessary documents and service reports for customer submission / approval.

• Assistand handle all service repair order-related activities, arrangement, assignmentand clarifications issues.

• Carryout field maintenance of the pump / valve / equipment.

• Support on installation, repair, maintenance and commissioning works.

• Support the service workshop for pump repairs and servicing.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.
