Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;
- Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
- Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
- Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
- Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
- Carry out testing and commission of M&E work; Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction
- Supervise day-to-day site works and manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
- Handle the project supervision and documentation
- Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of working experiences in main-con, preferably in HDB projects
