The Project Executive supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of fintech, digital payment, e-wallet, and IT-related projects from initiation through production deployment and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, meetings, and action items.
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate requirement gathering and maintain project documentation, including URS, Change Requests, functional requirements, process flows, meeting minutes, UAT documents, user guides, and release notes.
• Work closely with IT developers, technical teams, and vendors to track development, integrations, dependencies, and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, including test schedules, test cases, defect tracking, retesting, and sign-off.
• Support production deployment, release documentation, approvals, stakeholder communication, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, business partners, and external vendors.
• Track project risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation actions, and escalate critical issues where required.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, management updates, and project records.
• Support project closure, operational handover, documentation completion, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Fintech, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, IT implementation, business analysis, or a related role.
• Understanding of the software development and project implementation lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SIT, UAT, deployment, and change management.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and changing priorities.

Preferred Knowledge

• Fintech, e-wallet, or payment systems.
• API and system integration.
• Software development lifecycle.
• Basic API documentation and database/system concepts.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
