Internship Duration: 4-6 Months


About the Role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, HRIS maintenance, ServiceNow ticket management, employee engagement initiatives, documentation, and HR process support. You will work closely with HR team members while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department, including filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Manage and track ServiceNow tickets related to HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and communication with employees.
  • Help HR team members with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Support the coordination of HR events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Respond to HR-related queries via email, phone, or through ServiceNow tickets, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Perform general office duties such as organizing files, managing office supplies, and supporting HR projects as needed.
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow, is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow, is a plus but not required.
