No prior experience is necessary. We provide a structured, step-by-step training program designed to develop your sales capabilities, professional communication, and leadership skills from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Representation: Engage directly with prospective B2B corporate clients and B2C consumers to present client solutions.
• Relationship Building: Address customer inquiries, deliver clear value propositions, and facilitate seamless onboarding.
• Team Strategy: Collaborate with campaign leads, contribute to team targets, and share effective sales strategies.
• Professional Development: Participate in daily skill-building sessions covering negotiation, market analysis, and management techniques.

Candidate Profile

• Background: Open to fresh graduates, career transitioners, or individuals seeking a performance-driven career path. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but optional.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening skills, and the ability to build immediate trust.
