Full Time Interior Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in DD Group Of Companies Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, layouts and presentations.
• Develop standardised interior design packages for customers, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting and decorative elements.
• Create different package tiers, design themes and upgrade options according to target market and project requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, layouts, 3D visualisations, material selections and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation, workmanship and finishes.
• Assist with renovations, refurbishments and property improvement projects.
• Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes and decorative elements.
• Ensure projects meet design, quality, budget and timeline requirements.
• Review and update packages based on market trends, customer preferences, project requirements and cost considerations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design, property, hospitality or related industries.
• Experience in hotel, residential or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop or equivalent design software.
• Creative, detail-oriented and strong in design and space planning.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
