Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support our business development and sales initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP projects and enterprise solutions. This role involves assisting in sales pitching, managing key accounts, and supporting the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to project closure—while building long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, client-focused, and eager to grow a career in enterprise IT / SAP sales.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities to identify and qualify new sales opportunities for SAP projects and services
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations
• Participate in sales pitches, client meetings, demos, and workshops together with senior sales or delivery teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new industry trends and opportunities
• Build rapport with client stakeholders and develop long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM updates, and sales reports
• Assist in contract preparation, pricing coordination, and commercial negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or IT consulting (junior role acceptable)
• Exposure to enterprise software, IT services, or SAP projects is an advantage
• Strong interest in enterprise solutions and B2B sales

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and account management principles
• Ability to learn and articulate SAP solutions and business value
• Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM tools experience is a plus

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
