We are looking for a Finance Application Support Engineer who combines strong finance domain knowledge with solid technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Job Summary
The Finance Application Support Engineer will provide functional and technical support, maintenance, and enhancement for enterprise finance systems, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) modules. You will support applications used across Property Development, Property Sales, Finance, e-invoice, Cash Management, and related operations.

This role requires a strong finance professional who also possesses good technical knowledge and prioritizes clear, effective communication with business users, internal IT teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for enterprise applications (including IFCA Net, IFCA Mall and related systems), focusing on Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Act as the main support contact for Finance users — troubleshoot issues, clarify requirements, and guide process improvements with clear communication.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of finance applications.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs; perform root-cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
• Support day-to-day finance operations and period-end activities.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and automation projects (including RPA where relevant).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal IT, and vendors.
• Maintain proper documentation and support audit/compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in application/systems support, preferably supporting finance or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) – this is a key priority.
• Experience with enterprise systems (IFCA or similar property/finance platforms is a strong advantage).
• SQL knowledge is a good-to-have.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g. UiPath) or integration tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
