Full Time OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,900 in Mahastars Logistic Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising daily work activities and managing foreign workers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assign daily tasks to workers.

Manage and monitor foreign workers’ attendance, work performance, and discipline.

Ensure workers follow company rules, safety procedures, and work instructions.

Guide and support workers in their daily duties.

Coordinate work schedules and manpower requirements.

Monitor work quality and productivity.

Assist with workers’ accommodation, transportation, or other basic welfare matters when required.

Communicate with management regarding worker issues, performance, and attendance.

Help resolve workplace issues and maintain good teamwork.

Ensure workers have the necessary tools, equipment, and materials to perform their duties.

Requirements:

1 - 3 Years hands on working experience

Good leadership and communication skills.

Able to manage and work with workers from different backgrounds.

Responsible, patient, and organized.

Able to handle discipline and workplace issues professionally.

Previous supervisory or manpower management experience is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
