As a Management Trainee , you will begin your journey in our Sales & Marketing function, where you will gain hands-on experience in business development, customer engagement, market analysis, and commercial operations. Over time, you will rotate across different business functions as part of our structured 5–8 year Management Trainee Programme, gaining broad business exposure and developing the capabilities required for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing department to ensure smooth business operations.
• Analyse business data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support and participate in departmental and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in structured leadership development initiatives, mentoring, and practical assignments.
• Actively engage in training and learning programmes to develop business, commercial, and leadership competencies.
• Rotate across different departments over a 5–8 year development programme to gain broad business exposure and prepare for future management roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and basic analytical tools.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive mindset.
