Full Time Human Resource Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in SWEE BEE CONTRACTOR PTE LTD Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on and organised Human Resource Executive to support our growing landscaping operations. The role will cover recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, manpower planning and foreign worker management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of local and foreign workers.

• Handle work pass applications, renewals and related MOM matters.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.

• Assist with payroll, claims, overtime and employee benefits.

• Coordinate manpower deployment with Operations and Site Supervisors.

• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.

• Monitor manpower requirements and support urgent recruitment needs.

• Ensure HR policies and statutory requirements are properly followed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.

• Experience in landscaping, construction, cleaning or other manpower-intensive industries is preferred.

• Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and foreign worker administration.

• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
