Job Summary

Innotec Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer (Security Systems) to support business growth by promoting and selling security system solutions. The ideal candidate should possess both sales and technical knowledge to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and provide pre-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote and sell security system solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Video Intercom systems.
• Meet customers to understand project requirements and conduct site surveys when required.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and system recommendations based on customer needs.
• Provide technical advice and product presentations to customers.
• Work closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Customer Service, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in security systems, ELV, or technical sales is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, and Networking.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
