• Process and print online orders from e-commerce platforms

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch

• Handle inbound and outbound goods, including stock receiving and checking

• Plan and optimize delivery routes using navigation and logistics apps

• Coordinate with drivers or delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries

• Manage returns and exchanges from online platforms

• Update order status and inventory records as required

• Ensure packing standards and quality control are met

• Support daily warehouse and e-commerce operations

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work closely with team members to meet operational deadlines

• Be agile, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Locations:

• 4 Defu South Street 1 10 (5.5 days work week Mon - Fri 9 - 6pm, Sat 9-2pm)
