Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in L E CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Perform pre-tender estimate, taking-off quantities, preparation of tender documents & quotations
• Handle progress claims/variation orders/settlement of final accounts
• Ensure proper documentation of all records and claims be submitted and certified on time
• Monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements
• Work closely with the project team and senior QS in the analysis, evaluation and negotiations of quotations, to ensure timely submit of main contractors
• Closing of final account for projects
• Other ad-hoc quantity surveying duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public/private ERSS projects
• Able to work independently & Multi-task
• Good communication skills
• Working in Jurong area
