Full Time Landscape Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in ET LANDSCAPE & SERVICES PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Stocktaking of Equipment and Plants in site store/Nursery

• Management of Landscape Workers/supervisors day to day operations at project site and attendance taking

• Management of all workers disputes at site

• Purchasing/replenishing Landscaping supplies and usage management

• Liaising and reporting to clients and officers

• Settlement of all feedback/complaints

• Generate Monthly reports/Quotations/Schedules

• Proposal of Re-landscaping installation & improvement works to clients

• Ensuring discipline of workers and safety supervision

• Preparation of Landscape Design proposals using AutoCAD/SketchUp

• Cost estimation and Quantity survey of required materials for Landscape implementation or relevant works

• Active participation of Management, Process and Systems improvements for the Growth & Benefit of the Organization

Job Requirement

• Diploma in horticulture / Landscape Architecture and above, Higher NITEC/ Advanced WSQ in Landscape Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 years of related industry experiences

• Knowledge in Plants and Trees Identification is critical in this role.

• Good communication, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Committed to work in meeting deadline.

• Pro-active working attitude with eye for details and artistic flair.

• Practical experience in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Photoshop, Sketch up, etc will be value-added.
