Job Summary

You will apply your architectural expertise to supervise major building construction and fitting-out projects, ensuring quality and compliance for complex developments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works on major building construction and fitting-out projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
• Manage project workflows and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects of similar scale and complexity effectively
• Apply architectural knowledge to oversee construction processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site to maintain project timelines and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA) of Singapore
• Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of relevant architectural experience
• Possess at least 5 years of experience supervising works on projects of similar scale and complexity, particularly major building construction and fitting-out works
