Roles & Responsibilities

• Assists and supports the Project Manager and Senior Project Executive in planning and controlling all project-based assignments.

• Responsible for co-ordination of all activities on assigned projects and assist in ensuring successful completion and execution of projects.

• Liaises with internal parties within the company to implement projects.

• Liaison and meeting with client's representatives, relevant authorities and consultants.

• Ensures effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants in the projects.

• Assists in overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets and coordination to ensure proper engineering deliverables and compliance to engineering standards.

• Assists in all project management and coordination activities delegated by project manager; including day-to-day interaction with clients, preparation of project proposals and production coordination.

• Assists in all project administration where required.

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
