Full Time Sales Support Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in ALPS LOGISTICS (S) PTE LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities of Sales Support Executive:

• Manage and coordinate communication with customers, group companies, overseas offices, and internal departments, including meeting arrangements, information sharing, emails, and business discussions.

• Prepare quotations, process customer requests, and register/manage sales activities and customer information in internal systems.

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure data accuracy and effective customer relationship management.

• Coordinate with customers, overseas offices, agents, and related stakeholders regarding forwarding and import/export shipment arrangements.

• Support sales activity tracking, prepare sales reports, and assist with reporting to management.

• Prepare and manage internal application documents, contracts, and various reports, and coordinate with the legal department.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, warehouse, and finance to manage internal handover and execution instructions after order confirmation.

• Monitor business progress, escalate issues as necessary, and support business process improvement initiatives.

• Provide support for invoicing and credit management, monitor accounts receivable, track payment status, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in forwarding, freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or import/export trade operations.
• Conversational level of English to communicate internally.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
