Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through research, networking, cold calls, and visits.
• Present and explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work with the sales and marketing team on promotions and campaigns.
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the Company's products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales. (Logistics, B2B)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
