Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on scope and priorities.

• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.

• Support delivery execution across SIT, UAT, deployment, and change management.

• Drive requirement clarity, scope control, and issue resolution.

• Contribute to process improvement and reusable delivery assets.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of Business Analyst experience.

• Experience in ITSM / Enterprise Service Management projects.

• Familiarity with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with Agile / SDLC delivery.

Preferred

• ITIL knowledge.

• Experience in banking or large enterprise environments.

• Exposure to SaaS and integration projects.
