Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative duties for resident-related activities.
• Responsible for daily book keeping duties.
• Ensure proper filing of all documents.
• Responsible for the reception counter and phone call and reply email.
• Record feedbacks of residents and re-direct to the attention of supervisor.
• If required, may need to assist the residents related booking of facilities work within the Condominium’s Clubhouse as and when directed.
• Perform other administrative duties instructed by supervisor.
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week with rotating shifts (8:30 am–5:30 pm or 1:00 pm–10:00 pm) scheduled on a monthly roster. Includes 1 off day and 1 rest day per week, which may be scheduled on any day of the week.

Requirements

• Customer service experience will be an added advantage
• Mature and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
