Job Summary
Motorcycle Shop seeks an Office Administrator to handle general office administration and perform occasional errands, supporting daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Use Microsoft apps and Google Docs to complete office tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly to respond to customer queries and provide helpful information
- Perform general office administrative duties to support smooth daily operations
- Carry out menial errands as assigned to assist the team
- Demonstrate openness and willingness to learn new skills and processes
Required competencies and certifications
- No Minimum education level
- Class 3/3A/2/2B license preferred but not required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm
- Saturdays, 9am to 4:30pm (twice a month after 3 months probation)
- Sundays and public holidays off
Pay
- Starting salary $2000, with increase after 3 months probation
Work Location
- On-site at the motorcycle shop
