Full Time Warehouse Assistant Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in SUMIDUREZ SINGAPORE PTE LTD - Maukerja

Warehouse Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for the daily Warehouse activities and will be back up for the Warehouse Supervisor & Warehouse Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving, inspection, and recording of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring accurate documentation and lots control.
• Manage the timely transfer of raw materials to the production floor and the intake of Work in Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG).
• Coordinate the storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods to customers, aiming for 100% accuracy in order fulfilment.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) for raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste.
• Apply all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including safe forklift operation and PPE usage.
• Perform daily inspections of the warehouse and material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks), reporting maintenance needs.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentations.
• Communication and coordinating with other department and customers.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time/when required.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec Logistics and Warehouse Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory management practices.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
